WHITE
2006 Grape varieties: Rolle, Sémillon. Vinification: Parcel selection. Maceration with the skin in the press for 3 to 4 hours, then pneumatic pressing with selection of the first juices. Fermentation and maturing in oak barrels until bottling. Tasting: attractive shiny gold robe. An expressive smoked nose, liquorice then ripe pear and mango. In the mouth, it is initially gentle, then full with good aromatic length. A wine for the cellar, for 3 to 5 years, showing good balance with its barrel maturation. |
| ROSE
