The "Tartane" Vintage
WHITE 2006

Grape varieties: Sémillon, Roue and white Ugni.

Vinification: Maceration with the skin in the press for a few hours, then gentle pneumatic pressing with selection of the first juices. Fermentation between 17 and 18°C. Matured on fine lees until bottling.

Tasting: attractive pale shiny robe. Delicate nose of white flowers and dried fruits, raisins and almonds. A balanced and ample mouth, with good length.

ROSE 2006

Grape varieties: Clnsault. Grenache and Mourvèdre.

Vinification: Direct pressing over Grenache and Mourvèdre, maceration with the skin on for a few hours over Cinsault. Fermentation between 17 and 20°C.
Matured on fine lees until bottling.

Tasting: Pretty pale salmon pink robe. Nose of candied fruits, apricots and vine-grown peaches. A round mouth without aggression, very easy to drink.

RED 2005

Grape varieties
: Syrah. Cirenache and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification: Total de-stemming and crushing. Vatting for 8 to 10 days at between 26 and 28°C. Matured in vats for 15 months prior to bottling.

Tasting: Bright ruby robe. Nose of dark fruit, elderberry and spices, leather. A flexible, round, balanced mouth, finishing with prune "eau de vie" notes. To be enjoyed today!
